Board Governance Records Policy
The attached Board of Directors policy on Board Governance Records provides for the collection, retention and accessibility of Board records related to the Governance Framework of the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre. The policy provides for the electronic creation, storage and web based accessibility of Board Governance documents and permits the creation of a web based research tool for use by Directors in carrying out their duties. The policy was adopted by Board resolution in 2009.
