Board Collective and Individual Performance Evaluation Policy

  

            The attached Board of Directors Collective and Individual Performance Policy and the appendices thereto provide the reasons for and the means and methods of evaluating Board performance. The methods assess Board collective efforts by looking at the Board’s fulfillment of its responsibilities, the conduct of its operations, and its effectiveness. Individual Directors are asked to complete a self assessment. The principal method of evaluation is by survey with the collective performance results presented to the Board annually by the Governance Committee of the Board. The Policy was adopted by Board Resolution in 2009.
