The By-Laws of the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre are the rules given to us by the owners (members) of the corporation to carry out the day to day activities of the corporation in pursuit of the corporation’s lawful purposes. The attached version was amended by the Board of Directors in 2009 and approved at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation on June 04, 2009.
