By-Laws
The By-Laws of the Perley and Rideau Veterans’ Health Centre are the rules given to us by the owners (members) of the corporation to carry out the day to day activities of the corporation in pursuit of the corporation’s lawful purposes. The attached version was amended by the Board of Directors in 2009 and approved at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation on June 04, 2009. It was further amended by the Board in 2010 to include its position of Deputy Chair and approved at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation on June 03, 2010. The By-Laws were subsequently amended by the Board in 2011 and approved at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation on June 02, 2011 to better reflect the accountability of the Board and to permit more flexibility in the appointment of Adjunct Advisors.
